Founder: Kelly Fernandez
With a vision for building something meaningful, our founder, Kelly Fernandez brings a blend of big-picture thinking and hands-on experience.
With more than 22 years of experience in private aviation, Kelly is a seasoned Corporate Flight Attendant known for her precision, discretion, and elevated service. Based in Boston, she has spent 17 years flying exclusively for one private family, overseeing every detail of their inflight experience, cabin operations, and all outside travel logistics, in addition to consulting and working with other exclusive accounts with VIP clients, & celebrities on request.
Her expertise includes:
Taking delivery of three new business aircraft, managing each project from final completion to full interior provisioning.
Leading cabin design coordination, service-ware selection, and interior outfitting.
Developing service standards, checklists, and customized cabin setups that balance luxury, functionality, and brand alignment.
Maintaining over 17 years of FlightSafety recurrent training with Diamond Wings status.
Active membership in the NBAA, bringing current industry best practices directly to her clients.
Through her long-standing work with high-net-worth families, and aircraft operators, Kelly recognized a gap in the industry:
New aircraft owners and flight departments often face overwhelming onboarding and provisioning demands, without a dedicated expert to manage the process.
